Exhibit 01 · The seam

Arabic is not a translation.

One layout. One set of components. Two reading directions, each designed rather than converted — direction, type, rhythm and the order of persuasion all move. Drag the seam.

Typeset in Arabic

An Arabic face with its own line height and weight, not a Latin font asked to cope.

Persuasion re-ordered

Where an Arabic reader's attention lands first decides what goes there. Shipped for Khutwa — engagement 02 below.

Exhibit 02 · The rig
02

Everyone says responsive. Watch one happen.

Below is a working website in a measuring rig — live HTML, live grid, live container queries. Press the two buttons and its viewport travels between 390px and desktop while the page inside re-thinks itself: navigation, columns, type scale, spacing. Nothing is hidden; the layout is reconsidered.

One column. Navigation is a menu button, the hero image is gone, the type has stepped down — nothing is hidden, the layout is re-thought.

Exhibit 03 · The invisible half
03

The half nobody shows you.

A design is a picture until the wire underneath it works. This is the path we configure as part of delivery — not sold back to you later as discoveries. Scroll and follow the packet.

  1. 01 · Domain
    Registered in your name

Yours, not held hostage in an agency account. Transfer lock, renewal and registrar contacts set up correctly the first time.

  2. 02 · DNS
    Records that resolve everywhere

A, CNAME, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. The reason your invoices land in inboxes instead of spam folders.

  3. 03 · SSL
    Issued, forced, auto-renewing

No browser warning has ever won a client. HTTPS everywhere, HTTP redirected, renewal automated so it cannot lapse quietly.

  4. 04 · Business email
    you@yourcompany

Mailboxes, aliases and signatures connected to the domain. A gmail address on a tender document costs more than it saves.

  5. 05 · Edge & performance
Fast on a phone, on a real network

Cloudflare, caching, compression, image discipline. Performance is a build decision, not a plugin bought afterwards.

  6. 06 · Hosting & care
    Deployed by us, watched after

Production deployment, backups, and the same person available after launch. You are not sent a folder of files and a good-luck message.

Rain Breezes

Logistics · freight forwarding · industrial trading

Rain Breeze Trading & Services home page in Arabic, showing the shipping hero and the services bar beneath it
Situation

An established operating business with no modern online presence. Sharing the company online cost them credibility rather than earning it — a real commercial problem for a firm bidding on industrial work.

What we did

Designed and built a responsive corporate site, then took ownership of everything around it: hosting, DNS, SSL, business email, performance, SEO foundations and the production deployment. Layouts designed at three breakpoints, not inherited from a theme.

Khutwa

Arabic-first landing page & marketing funnel

The same Khutwa landing page in its dark theme, with a second headline variant
Situation

A digital product selling to an Arabic-speaking audience. A translated page was never going to be enough: reading direction, type, rhythm and the order of persuasion all differ.

What we did

Built RTL-first, with the funnel designed as one sequence — traffic source through to conversion — rather than a page with a button on it. Hierarchy laid out around where an Arabic reader's attention actually lands.

WafiTo

Our own company site & digital-product storefront

mywafito.com home page in Arabic, dark theme, with the two primary calls to action
Situation

We sell digital products to a bilingual audience, so we face exactly what our clients face: a stranger deciding whether to trust us in eight seconds. A case study, not a testimonial — we are the client here and we say so.

What we did

Brand, UX, Arabic-first interface decisions, landing pages tested against each other, conversion structure, policy pages, product delivery, security and the trust systems around a purchase. Including this page. The third exhibit is the room you are standing in.

Freight platform

Logistics web application — customer, driver, dispatch

The dispatch status board: every Bill of Lading with its customs, work-order, arrival and invoice stage. Client references and consignee names are redacted.
Problem

Small freight businesses still coordinate shipments over phone calls and spreadsheets. There was no request-match-track-complete workflow for them, so we built one to find out where the hard parts really are.

What we built

Three connected interfaces — booking flow, driver view, dispatch dashboard with live maps — all responsive, because logistics happens on a phone in a truck cab and on a monitor in an office within the same minute.

The method

Clients don't buy websites. They buy a process.

Eight steps, in the order they happen. No packages, no per-page pricing, no handoffs.

  1. 01
    Discovery

Your business, objectives, users and what success looks like — before any solution is proposed.

  2. 02
    Requirements

Scope, content, integrations, constraints and the platform decision, written down so nothing is assumed.

  3. 03
    Proposal

A quotation built for your engagement specifically — scope, complexity, integrations, outcomes.

  4. 04
    Design

Structure first, then interface — at every breakpoint, reviewed with you before production code exists.

  5. 05
    Development

Responsive, accessible and fast on the platform the requirements chose. Performance is a build decision.

  6. 06
    Review

You see it on real devices. We test, correct and refine until it is right rather than merely finished.

  7. 07
    Launch

Hosting, DNS, SSL, email and deployment handled by us. Exhibit 03, executed.

  8. 08
    Ongoing care

Launch is the beginning. Improvements, maintenance, new features and guidance as you grow.

Before you write

Answered here so the first call can be about your business instead.

How are projects quoted? +

Individually — scope, complexity, technical requirements, integrations and expected outcomes. There are no one-size-fits-all packages, and we will not quote a number before we understand what you need.

What do you need from me to begin? +
  • A brief description of your business
  • Your objectives and target audience
  • Existing branding or design assets, if you have them
  • Any content, imagery or documentation you want included
  • Access to your domain or hosting, if these already exist
Who owns the final product? +

You do. On completion, ownership of the delivered website and project assets transfers to you, unless something different is agreed in writing before development begins.

What happens after launch? +

We remain available for improvements, maintenance, new features, performance work and technical guidance as your business evolves — and the person who built it is the person who answers.

Salalah, Oman · English & Arabic · every enquiry read personally

Who you are dealing with

Small by design, so the person who understands your business is the person who builds it.

WafiTo takes on a limited number of engagements at a time. Each begins with a discovery conversation and ends with a production website we still maintain — domain, DNS, SSL, hosting, business email and performance included in the build, not sold back to you as discoveries.

Nothing on this page is an invented statistic. Where a figure is not yet confirmed it appears as a dash.

“Every project is designed, developed and delivered with direct communication from me — no handoffs, no shortcuts.”
